Dr. Bender , DDS

Dr. Bender is passionate about treating everyone equally and with compassion and empathy. He truly understands that many people have fear and anxiety about dental-related issues and strives to educate his patients so they have all the information they need to make the best choice for their oral health.

He is originally from Clovis, NM, and grew up in Hot Springs, AR. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medicine from the University of New Mexico and was a paramedic/firefighter for over a decade before pursuing a career in dentistry. He received his doctorate in dental surgery (DDS) from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. He has worked in public health for many years and even provided dentistry in correctional settings throughout Colorado.

During his free time, Dr. Bender enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, playing golf, and skiing. He loves to restore old vehicles, cooking, and supporting his children’s school activities.
